New York, New York, it's the head of the town...

All right! First NY goes out there and bans trans fats from restaurants. Now, they are all about the composting! It seems that if you want to compost your food waste in NY and don't have a home model, you can take it to one of the public spaces to have it composted.

Of course..it would be even better if they had a way for New yowkers to compost directly in their apartment buildings...but baby steps, people, baby steps!
